Contingency Searches

Can be non-exclusive or exclusive.

Requires no up-front fee allowing our partners to see candidates' resumes before incurring any cost.

Runs in parallel with your own in-house recruitment campaign, supporting you in all the key areas like candidate search, interviewing, and selection.

Retained Searches

Retained searches are usually the preferred method for C-level, VP-level and, advanced technical openings.

This option allows us to give a better rate to our partners, and is also used in senior level/executive level searches.

Retained searches are given priority status both in time and team assignment.

Confidential Searches

All searches are done confidentially, and at the discretion of the client.

Roles are presented directly to prospects through the use of NDAs and/or our direct recruiting approach.

We ensure our language, job descriptions and our statements are less likely to be tied back to publicly accessible data.
